By purchasing from or using DumbSnoop, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products/services.
Digital Product
All DumbSnoop products are digital goods.
Once a product, key, file, invite, download, or access has been delivered, the order is considered complete.
Digital products cannot be returned like physical products.
Use At Your Own Risk
You are fully responsible for how you use any DumbSnoop product.
DumbSnoop is not responsible for:
• Account bans
• Suspensions
• Lost accounts
• Game updates
• Anti-cheat updates
• Platform updates
• Device issues
• User error
• Misuse of the product
By purchasing, you understand that there is always risk involved.
No Long-Term Guarantee
DumbSnoop does not guarantee lifetime functionality unless clearly stated in the plan.
Products may stop working because of:
• Game updates
• Platform updates
• Anti-cheat changes
• Server downtime
• Software patches
• Product changes
Features and availability may change at any time.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Refunds are only considered if:
• You paid and received nothing
• The issue was caused directly by DumbSnoop
• You can provide valid proof of purchase
• You contacted support through an official DumbSnoop ticket
Refunds are not given for:
• Getting banned
• Getting suspended
• Losing an account
• Changing your mind
• Not reading the Terms of Service
• Not reading the Refund Policy
• Updates breaking the product
• Game updates
• Platform updates
• Anti-cheat updates
• Your device not working properly
• User error
• Breaking server rules
All refund decisions are made by DumbSnoop staff.
Chargebacks And Payment Disputes
Do not open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
• Permanent blacklist
• Access being revoked
• Removal from the server
• No future purchases allowed
• Support being denied
Chargebacks are treated seriously.
No Reselling Or Sharing
You may not:
• Resell DumbSnoop products
• Share keys or files
• Leak private information
• Crack or reverse engineer products
• Give access to other people
• Re-upload or redistribute DumbSnoop files
Breaking this rule may result in a permanent ban with no refund.
Prohibited Use
DumbSnoop products may not be used for:
• Illegal activity
• Stealing accounts
• Token grabbing
• Phishing
• Malware
• Harassment
• Doxxing
• Scamming
• Unauthorized access to private systems
• Any activity that harms other users or services
Anyone caught doing this will be removed immediately.
Support
Support is provided through official DumbSnoop tickets only.
Do not DM staff unless told to.
Abuse of staff, spam, false claims, or disrespect may result in support being denied.
Support is not guaranteed if you break the Terms of Service or server rules.
Server Rules
By staying in the DumbSnoop server, you agree to follow all server rules, ticket rules, and staff decisions.
Staff have the right to remove anyone who breaks the rules, causes problems, abuses support, or harms the community.
Product Access
Access may be revoked if you:
• Break the Terms of Service
• Break server rules
• Share or leak files
• Resell access
• Open a chargeback
• Abuse staff
• Scam or attempt to scam
• Misuse the product
Revoked access does not guarantee a refund.
Third-Party Platforms
DumbSnoop may use third-party platforms such as Discord, PayPal, SellHub, SellApp, or other services.
These platforms have their own rules, terms, and privacy policies.
DumbSnoop is not responsible for third-party issues, delays, bans, payment holds, or platform restrictions.
Changes To Terms
DumbSnoop may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes may be posted in the Discord server, website, shop page, or support area.
Continuing to use DumbSnoop after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms of Service.
Agreement
By purchasing from DumbSnoop, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
