By purchasing from DumbSnoop, you agree to this Refund Policy.
All Sales Are Final
All DumbSnoop products are digital goods.
Once a product, key, file, invite, download, or access has been delivered, the order is considered complete.
Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are not guaranteed.
Refunds May Be Considered Only If
A refund may only be considered if:
• You paid and received nothing
• The issue was caused directly by DumbSnoop
• You can provide valid proof of purchase
• You contacted support through an official DumbSnoop ticket
• The product was never delivered or made available to you
Refund approval is fully decided by DumbSnoop staff.
Refunds Are Not Given For
Refunds will not be given for:
• Changing your mind
• Getting banned
• Getting suspended
• Losing an account
• Not reading the Terms of Service
• Not reading the Refund Policy
• Your device not working properly
• User error
• Breaking server rules
• Updates breaking the product
• Game updates
• Platform updates
• Anti-cheat updates
• Server downtime
• Misuse of the product
• Sharing or leaking files
• Trying to resell access
• Being blacklisted or removed from the server
Proof Required
To request a refund review, you must provide:
• Proof of purchase
• Payment email or transaction ID
• Discord username
• Order details
• Screenshots if needed
• A clear explanation of the issue
False claims may result in support being denied.
Support First
Before requesting a refund, you must contact DumbSnoop support through an official ticket.
Do not DM staff unless told to.
DumbSnoop must be given a fair chance to review and fix the issue before any refund is considered.
Chargebacks And Payment Disputes
Do not open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first.
Opening a chargeback or dispute may result in:
• Permanent blacklist
• Access being revoked
• Removal from the server
• No future purchases allowed
• Support being denied
Chargebacks are treated seriously.
No Refund After Rule Breaking
If you break DumbSnoop rules, leak files, share keys, resell products, abuse staff, scam, chargeback, or misuse the product, you lose refund eligibility.
No exceptions are guaranteed.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider.
DumbSnoop is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal, banks, payment processors, or third-party services.
Final Decision
All refund decisions are made by DumbSnoop staff.
DumbSnoop has the right to approve, deny, or partially approve refund requests depending on the situation.
